Moon Moon Sen born to Dibanath and Suchitra Sen on 28 th March, 1954 in Kolkata. Apart from Bengali she acted in Hindi, English, and other regional language films. She also received Nandi Award for her supporting role in Sirivennela. She studied from Loreto House and Somerville College. Her debut film of Bollywood was Andar Bahar. Sen is married to Bharat and has two children. She was the receipent of Kalakar and Bharat Nirman Award also. Now she is joined politics. She is the actively involved with social work to help the needy in adopting child.
